The famous twice cooked pork is a traditional Chinese dish originated from the Sichuan region. It is so popular that almost every family in the Sichuan area know how to make the dish. It is red and green in color, rich in taste. Pork slices in it are fat but not greasy. I used the main color of the dish as the color palette to represent it. The big fire around it shows the major character of it-stir frying. It only takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to fry.
