Empty-handed
You are one of those people who will always pass through life feeling incomplete. Feeling that something is missing. Nothing is good enough for you, nothing is big or important or special enough for you. All your life you wanted to add a ‘w’ in front of ‘hole’ but never found the means. You have an insatiable hunger for something that doesn’t exist, for someone who is impossible. So you walk through life breaking people and fooling yourself that they broke you. How else would you be able to explain the void, the black, harrowing hole inside?

You offer nothing to no one because you feel you don’t have much to give and there is none deserving anyway. But life doesn’t bloom where the flowers aren’t watered. And that’s exactly how life greets you in return. Empty-handed.
