Sun City is a planned retirement community in Arizona that opened in 1960, its popularity resulted in a Time magazine cover story. The city's streets are made up of concentric circles in four main pinwheels. There are plenty of golf carts that can been seen driving around. To keep the taxes low for residents there are no schools in the area, and no one under eighteen is allowed to live in the community.
