The Museum of Sydney protects fragile remains of a significant and symbolic site and tells stories of people and place of Sydney through past and present.
My response to this brief aims to voice the stories of all through past, present and future. And give a space for the stories of the past, from each side and layer to appear through the haze of detachment, ignorance and a mere lack of understanding a lot of us are clouded in.
My response also is an attempt to ask us, the present citizens/visitors and spectators of the past, in the present, to add to the shared stories to lay the groundwork for a future that embraces all with a shared responsibility and respect for the land.
