My Creatirly initiative seeks to solve the deficit of women engineers and scientists in the world, since if women are strengthened, they boost the economy, productivity and growth of countries. My dream is to empower girls and young people between the ages of 9 and 15 by helping them to empower themselves, to believe in themselves and to trust that they are capable of doing whatever they want. For this it is necessary to eliminate the assumption of "Things for children" or "Things for girls" and break cultural models. In my Colombia-Bogota country, I have already trained more than 50 girls through games and fun.​​​​​​​
