A parka that can be adjusted to any kind of situations. It's made out of water resistant fabric. By pulling the cords on the chest it will tighten the chest area, for example running. The 2-way zipper will give you options to wear and use the jacket differently. Zip from  bottom up half way to sit down easily but the parka will still be fixed.
