This project was a series of illustrations for seed packets. I utilized a series of flat color of different shades and hue to create dimension. For the greenery I applied gradients to for depth. The middle ground has a brick repeat pattern made of the vegetable cut in half. The pattern is kept simple to not draw away from the main vegetable yet still add another fun element to the illustration and the vegetable. In the background is a hue of the complementary color of the vegetable. This allows the pattern to stand out and the vegetable to be the center focus. I utilized a scripted font to continue the playfulness of the illustration.
This project was created using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro.

I developed mock ups of the whole seed packaging the illustrations would be utilized for. The rest of the seed pack is a tint of the background color used in the illustration. The script font is carried onto the back side as the first letter of the description. A shade of the packet color is applied to add focus to the description and planting facts. This allowed me to continue to utilize white as the primary font color. The sku is masked in a flower shape.
