Working as a public servant has it's challenges. Budgets and perception were my two biggest contenders, but "what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger."
Sometimes I could allow my creativity to vine and push through obstacles, and other times the tendrils of my creativity had to find ways around, over and under the obstacles I faced, but I always got the job done effectively and to the customer's ultimate satisfaction.
