My theme revolves around the queerness if an individual. When the word queers comes into my mind, I relate it with something extraordinary, something unorthodox, unconventional.
Today we love in a world where humans decide what good sex is, to breakdown this stereotype. I came up with this theme, portraying the bold and fierce attitude of an individual on the runway, and gaining feminity and masculinity together and portraying it as one.
I am firm and flexible
I'm am aware and I am not.
I am neither male nor female
I'm am both male and female
To appreciate this fluidity of nature
And the shifting rigidities of culture,
Is to appreciate queerness.
