ConceptoShield
ConceptoShield™ is a flexible, intuitive and user-friendly tool for medical purposes.
It helps people to feel comfortable by sheilding away needles, blood, wounds and surgical procedures in a medical setting.
The graphics on the side facing the patient attract the attention from the patient, thus diverting attention away from the activities behind the shield.
At the same time it allows direct communication and eye contact between the professional helper and the patient.
For the Graphic Design Contest 2012, I created this two designs for teenagers and adults.
Considering that teens like vibrant colors and music I made this illustration so they can keep an eye on the details as distraction while the adults would like something more optical.
