The Commemorative Air-force Group restored and maintains this
Grumman TBM Avenger, as a tribute to former President, George H.W. Bush.
Bush piloted one of four Grumman TBM Avenger aircraft from VT-51 that attacked the Japanese installations on Chichijima, during WW II.
Again, an honor to be asked to take these dedicated and passionate, individuals photograph at the Quad City Airshow.
