On March 1, 2013, NBJ celebrated Middle Tennessee’s outstanding women in business and the community. Chosen from nominations, the honorees are separated into different categories in the corporate world as well as the public policy and nonprofit sectors as they shared some of their secrets to success. These honorees were recognized at a celebration luncheon event.

Another part of this event is the Women of Influence Mentor Program that connects women looking for a mentor and women wanting to be a mentor.
