The series “A WAY OF LIFE” is inspired by the spirit of 69, namely the Skinhead subculture.
This merchandise is created for a specialized Skinhead shop.
It includes postcards with six characters, each of which reflects a Skihnead's favorite activity, a part of his culture. Illustrations are created in the Procreate program.
Simple styling and a limited color palette gives the integrity of this series.
Then every action shown was put into a simple visual sign - Dr. Martens shoes - part of each Skinhead's wardrobe; hammers - belonging to the working class; Trojan records symbol - culture roots; beer - a favorite drink that can be found at every party; a ball - as favorite sport; vinyl record - passion for Reggae / Ska / Roksteed / Soul Music.
Symbols are used in printing on button pins, stripes and stickers. All these items are sold in the Tatsiana Kaktus Shop on Etsy.com
