Investigation of contrasting yarns in woven textiles
This project was an investigation of the proportions of yarns and different weaving techniques to create textured surfaces. Where the combination of contrasting yarns can create voluminous textures on the surfaces and various patterns, letting the process of investigation lead to unsuspected results. The project also included crepe yarn that have the possibility to create flexibility and voluminosity.
