Various aerobatics shows were scheduled to take place during the Abu Dhabi Air Expo. We needed to generate excitement and attract an audience to come and see these 3-dimensional spectacles using a 2-dimensional poster space. Our solution: to fold, twist and curl single sheets of poster paper to mimic the incredible maneuvers the planes perform in the sky, giving people a tantalizing taste of what to expect with a fun and unexpected twist to the medium.
