Seemless Cooking
After using the same hob in my family home for 10 years, I have still never learned which knob controls each ring. Symbols to indicate the relationship between each ring and knob on modern hobs dissociate the user from the cooking experience. Using sensors embedded within the surface, 56° allows the user to control the heat of each ring using the pan. This creates a safer, more seemless cooking experience.
