I chose to use the quote "Creativity is about taking risks" with the illustration of skydiver mid free fall.

 

I strongly believe that you need to maintain an attitude that allows you to step outside your comfort zone and understand that although failure can be humilating and stressful, it helps you grow as an artist & person.

I try to remember this quote when thinking about my design career and what I must face to achieve my goals.

I am also passionate about skydiving, and since there are risks included in the sport, I felt the illustration was cohesive and appropriate with the theme.
