"Contestants will design a Marketplace and Community Kitchen Incubator.   With the ever growing craft food, beverage, and art scene in Philly, The Marketplace will be home to pop up locations for these artisans.  The double height first floor of the Marketplace will also include a flexible dining space that can easily convert to event space.  The Community Kitchen Incubator located on the second floor of the building will have views and access to a community vegetable garden.   Think of the incubator as a “We Work”  for cooking.  It will provide multiple commercial kitchen stations as well a library, dining spaces for private tastings/ parties, and offices for management" (HOK Project Overview).
