This project was taken on for BOC Morden and their 5s teams safety day contribution. 5s focus is around having exactly what is needed where it is needed and keeping things in a neat and tidy fashion to improve productivity. Having implemented vast improvements the team wanted to introduce the new audits and give an example of an ideal site with an engaging activity for the companywide safety day. This spot the difference was the result, inviting people to use the new audit to find the errors.
