Residential Cabinetry System

Study of the typical Indian family structure revealed that every 5-6 years there is a change in the needs of the family which influences change in the structure of the house and its furniture.
Keeping that in mind a system of cabinates was developed in ply and solid wood and brass hardware, that could grow with the growing needs of the family.
The same module can grow over time
One could make various kinds of units of the various sizes of the modules
Packing and shifting to a new place would be really easy with the modules as one could simply disassemble the boxes without removing the stuff from inside it.
The same modules couls be arranged in an entirely new way in a different space.
Glass, fabrics, woven surfaces, split bamboo panels, jute fabric, woven banana leaves and various other materials could be used for the side panels and shutters to make the structure light weight. It would promote the local crafts of various regions in a contemporary product.
