IoT UX UI Design use case

Ux Ui app design use case / Tag Heuer
A two days design project to challenge the user experience and functionality of an IoT app (Activity screen) within the segment of a respectable luxury Swiss watch brand. A focus on digital brand positioning, as a way to develop and nurture a beneficial relationship between the brand, the digital product and the customers.
It was a great exercise to benchmark the IoT smart watch product segment during the weekend, getting a sneak peek of the competitive market, running interviews with power users, and output my learnings while I was testing some UI concepts.

Focussing on DNA heritage and ways to enhance the digital user experience with essential data restitution, no big library of indicators but condensed interactive dashboards, building a product and brand strategy focusing on companionship, deep learning leading to smart insights using systems of data’s display and quick shortcuts. I left apart the hundred ways of designing indicators to focus on the global challenge.
The analysis include brand DNA as a path to build the product on user benefits, Ui outputs serve the purpose of an alibi in this early stage process which goes to explain the many features I intentionally omitted to include. Time allocation: 2/3 to benchmark the segment and brand analysis, 1/3 for layouts & learnings outputs.
