At BHP Billiton safety is at the core of all they do. The Company brought me in to help design and create a safety video to be shown to all new staff and contractors at their Jansen mine site in central Saskatchewan. I conducted interviews with key corporate staff to gather vital information for the shoot, then drafted a shooting script to maximize our time on the active construction site. Filming, using a talented local crew, took place over three days, after which I built the final script and worked with a post-production team to edit the film to the final version you see here.

BHP was very pleased with the video and it has become standard viewing material for all those visiting the site.
