The Brief
Client: Singapore Airlines (Transport Industry)

We were tasked to come up with an integrated campaign to keep SIA ahead of the aviation game and attract youth travellers to use SIA as their preferred airline.

Insights
Through our research, we found that youths want to make the most of their holiday. 

The campaign ‘SIA Got Your Bag’ focuses on providing the consumer with an option to have their baggage taken care of while they are on vacation. In short, it is a luggage valet service. Understanding that the consumer would be in a dilemma when it comes to how they should spend their time and what to do with their baggage before their flight, Singapore Airlines will offer to pick up their luggage from their hotel and check it in on their behalf. Ensuring that the consumer would have their bags safely taken care of while they can freely explore more of the destination without having to lug it around.
