Fluig Learning is a new experience of unificated learning solution focused on companies. Designed with focus on the corporative needs, workflow and ecosystem. Smarter, giving necessary analytical information for the learning management, more friendly for new users and more efficient, improving the time to create new trainings.
Problem & solution
The legacy system of learning a.k.a LMS fluig was an on-premises system without focus, could be used by companies or academic purposes, although with a poor experience and solution.
In a previous ux research the fluig had understand the potential of the cooperative learning market, and the weakness of the system for the academic needs, then the best was investing in the cooperative market.
After this objective was set, a major question was made: what is the corporate learning in fact? For this question, we dove into another ux research project for 6 months, as you can see below.
After defining personas, user interviews and team brainstorming sessions, we compiled all results and draw two users journey: one for learning managers and another for the collaborators. The managers are focused on management views and resources and the collaborator in accomplish the learning itens like tracks, trainings and contents.
Once user journey is defined, the next step was to design the wireframe on Axure for tests with users. Here we tested our hypothesis about the new experience we wanted delivered to manager users.
New fluig Learning
Finally, after the tests with the prototype, the final step was the new design of the fluig Learning, we start with the manager users views, and I designed a new home for managers with essential data for quick view of the learning company status.
Another big part of the MVP was the training builder, focused on delivering a new experience in making a training in a fast, easy and meaning way.
