House on the lake

Located in the PGA golf course, in Girona, the house seeks the best views over the place where it is set. The project is solved by means of two extruded spaces, two overlapping volumes, in which the upper one moves towards the lake in front, giving as a result a cantilever that aims to generate a great shaded terrace.

Two elements that define a single project, in which we appreciate facades of great dynamism generated by different openings in them, that allow for a comfortable reading of the building. In the interior space, the ground floor is distributed in two areas divided by the staircase, positioned perpendicularly to the volumes, with a double-height and in charge of separating the service spaces from the noble ones.

Nevertheless, in the upper floor the staircase stays at the back and the rest of the rooms are allocated so that they all face the golf course.

Casa en el lago

Ubicada en el campo de golf de PGA, en Girona, la casa busca las mejores vistas del lugar en el que se encuentra. El proyecto se resuelve con dos espacios extrusionados, dos volúmenes que se superponen, en el que el superior se desplaza en dirección al lago que tiene delante dando lugar a un voladizo que busca generar una gran terraza en sombra.

Dos elementos que conforman un solo proyecto, en el que se distinguen unas fachadas de gran dinamismo generadas por los huecos que se abren en ellas, aberturas que permiten una cómoda lectura de la envolvente. En el espacio interior la planta baja queda distribuida en dos zonas que se dividen mediante la escalera, la cual se sitúa en perpendicular a los

volúmenes, con una doble altura y que se encarga de separar espacios sirvientes y servidos. En cambio, en la planta superior, la escalera queda atrás y todas las estancias están distribuidas de tal forma que miran al campo de golf.
