FAMILY REUNION FLYER
A mail-out flyer I recently designed advertising my upcoming family reunion.
This was my initial process from sketches to final design. In my first set of sketches, I was trying to workout what I wanted the logo to look like, so I was studying the Sankofa sign and designed around that symbol. However, I decided to abandon that idea once I started conversing with other family members and incorporating some their ideas into the composition such as the idea of the balloons with the family names on them. From there, I went into Illustrator and started to construct the layout draft by draft.
