Meet Lewis....
Be gentle this is my first Illustration/character design project...
Anyway this is Lewis, originally he was meant to be a squid, then he became a Jellyfish and finally he morphed into a cute little dinosaur squid like thing. His purpose eventually is to be animated, I intend to make him dance...watch this space :)
I used the traditional pen and paper to create Lewis, sketch was then scanned into my computer and work began in Illustrator.
He needs a bit more work, as do my Illustration skills, practice makes perfect I guess!
The following is just some sketches when I was trying to decide what shape I wanted Lewis to take.
