Poli House
Poli House is a private cottage where we combine conciseness, restraint, functional solutions and dynamics, which would distinguish it distinctly among other houses. The total area of the building is 275 square meters. The project was created for a family of four people. Before it's creation, the Bezmirno team as always came up very hard, because every detail is important to us. That is why the functional zoning of the house was solved as much convenient as possible. The exterior of the house is designed to be restrained and laconic. Due to the eaves, which passes through the entire contour of the building, we not only functionally decided the main zones, but also added some dynamics to the architecture. In the back yard of the house you can see a summer house, which is combined with the main terrace. It can accommodate a large number of guests in any weather and it`s really comfortable. Imaginary, a summer house can be divided into two zones - a dining and relaxing area.
The interior design of the house supports the general concept and is executed in calm, neutral shades. Due to large panoramic windows, the premises will be sufficiently lit during the day. The total space is maximally open and flows from one zone to another. The main materials are concrete, stone, glass and wood. Despite the general restrained style, each room has its own special mood.
The bedroom is rather minimalistic and combines everything you need, while the wooden elements add even more comfort and homely atmosphere.Children’s rooms are decorated in warm colors. Natural materials and clear architectural solutions make them perfect both functionally and visually. In general, the Poli House project from the Bezmirno team embodies all the wishes and perfectly emphasizes the refined tastes of this family.
