The laurel wreath has been a symbol of a special honor or distinction in Italy since antiquity. There is still the tradition today that the young dottore in Italy put on a laurel wreath as a symbol of the fame and hard task they have mastered. In honor of this tradition, I wanted to create a pasta for this moment.
