Proof of concept (created in 2008) presented for one of the leading telecom firms in United States. Project has been re-labeled due to confidentiality clause. The idea was to target various user group and enhancing the buying experience for them by making the online experience seamless. The idea was to provide the required assistance to the user based on their usage which would in turn help lower the volume of calls made to the Pre-sales call center.
