Turtles and plastic
Turtles are used as an indicator of plastic pollution, according to a study published in 2017 entitled "Sea Turtles: A Targeted Specimen for Monitoring Marine Waste in the Mediterranean", which was used as an indicator to monitor the impact of waste on marine organisms when 150 large marine turtles , Found dead in the Italian coast overlooking the Mediterranean, between 2011 and 2014, and after dissection, it was found that 85% of the sample was rubbish from industrial plastic.
The same is confirmed by a study published in 2011 on the ingestion of "sea turtles" in the Adriatic Sea. The results were based on the examination of 54 turtles caught by accident, the same species living on average.
I’m using melted then molded plastic bags and concrete as materials because it’s  eco-friendly and in this project I have tried The concept of reusing hoping that this will contribute as a reminder for people about the danger of over using plastic and the wrong disposal methods. I’m using turtles as a concept because it’s one of the most harmed and affected creatures by dysplastic phenomenon.
Melted plastic bags (after pressing and sending it looks like marble )
