Credit Awards
Adobe Live - February 2019
This February, I was able to build out a brand identity system for the 'Credit Awards', a film awards show that celebrates those that shine behind the spotlight. Over 3 days, we build out a system to provide solutions to the needs of the client. Below, I have attached the final deck as well as the post-discovery proposal. Referencing inspiration helps the client to start speaking the same visual language.
By establishing a voice, the client will be able to make clear decisions about the brand in the future.
This is the first introduction to the new mark and visual language system.
By creating variations, these identifiers serve as mental checkpoints that the audience can relate to the brand.
By showing applications, the client can begin to understand how the visual language communicates.
A visual language helps to define the elements that create the system. By combining these elements, the brand system grows and shifts.
For this client, we built a custom typeface to allow them to build within the system in any way that they need.
Each keystroke has been reassigned to incorporate the visual language elements.
