SETUP
A group of animal activists (3 men, 4 women) are trying to hang a banner underneath a railroad bridge, when a train with 53 passengers rides over the rope they are all hanging from, and they fall onto the jagged rocks below, and miraculously survive. Instead, death is making his way up the railroad track, and through the train, making sure it derails. Something prevents this from happening, however, and all 15 people that were supposed to meet their doom, go unscathed, except for one: a drug addict that commits suicide on the train.
The animal activists realize that for some reason, they can’t die.
And the train passengers that were supposed to, come to realize - as they are picked off one by one - that death was after one person, the whole time, since the events of the first film.
It’s not a coincidence that she keeps getting away.

The deaths are inspired by “The Colloseum”

Cast
Amanda Kruger (Rochester, MA) plays one of the animal activists.
