The Homer Merchant App for restaurants allows users to consolidate all of their orders from various channels of entry (GrubHub, Seamless, Delivery.com, LevelUp, OLO, Ritual, and more) into a single intuitive interface. Not only does this product eliminate the need for restaurants to clutter their counter with multiple tablets / devices for each of their integrated ordering channels (many of these companies require the restaurant to use a unique device that they provide in order to receive orders), it is also designed to be tightly integrated with the back-of-house operation and helps streamline throughput, especially during times of high order volume. Users can configure their app to receive audio alerts when orders are received, automatically print a custom-designed "SmartTicket" (which separates the information pertinent to the delivery from the information that is useful to for food preparation) upon confirming the order, request delivery with the click of a button, track the status of their deliveries in real-time, view reports, receive visibility into bottlenecks in their operation, and much more.
