A few years ago I started to pay more attention to the importance of recognizing my own place in my family clan.
The first time I heard about this idea was trough the Biodecoding, a branch of the psychology that encourages you to be have awareness, on yourself through your hereditary biological information. This information can be manifested as symptoms, social problems, disses or even obstacles in your professional carrier.
The main purpose the Biodecoding is basically to take responsibility for your own acts and be more kindhearted with your family and parents, while avoiding to be a victim.
This artwork basically is the final piece, the idea just came without any previous sketch
First of all, I will start from the middle: I began drawing myself because I am the second sibling in my clan and I always procured balance in my life, which is actually is my goal since I have a high skill of visualizing and imagining things I also possess rational skills. My way of seeing things is what makes me be inside my own instead of being in the present. I placed myself without a connection between the head and the body, this is with the purpose of representing that sometimes it is a personal struggle to be in the here and now in life.
Behind me is my sister. I am 3 years older than her, her attitude is opposite mine. Her way of being is more in the present moment, she also has a rational way of seeing things but she is more out emotionally expressive than me, that is why her neck is complete.
The background was designed with a blue sky and stars, we both love the night sky there is also a shared aura that is more on her side than mine, as she posses a natural way to attract people around her. We have a special connection and since we both have strong personalities sometimes it can be hard to be in harmony; but at the end we are sisters with a kind heart between us.
In the right side, there is a silhouette of a human being descending from the sky, in the head, there is an unborn child that could not be born for a premature accident, this silhouette is the representation of the first son of my parents, our older brother;
