Numa roda de conversa com amigos, surgiu o nome "Ipa Sem Cabeça", e desse nome, a idéia de começar uma cervejaria toda baseada em lendas do Folclore Brasileiro.

O lúpulo vem substituindo o fogo da Mula Sem Cabeça.

A Ipa Sem Cabeça é só o começo desse lindo projeto, aguardem pela próxima, a Bumba-Meu-Bock.

While talking to a couple of friends, we came up with the name "The Headless Ipa", and from that name, came the idea to create a Brewery focused on the legends from Brazillian Folklore.

The original tale is the tale of The Headless Mule, which said that any woman who marries a priest is bound to become a headless Mule, with fire coming from the place where her head should be, in this case, the fire became a Hop.

The Headless Ipa is just the start of this awesome project, be on the lookout for its next companion, the "Bumba-My-Bock"
