    This magazine ad ran in the Pollstar Year-in-Review issue. This publication is for booking agents and marketers in the performing arts. Based on the audience, I decided to pull a page out of the rich history of concert posters with this Hatch Poster inspired ad. Read Less

These ads were featured in Pollstar Magazine's annual Year-in-Review issue, which highlights top ranking venues, tours, and performers of the year for professional concert promoters, booking agents, and artist managers from around the world.
 
The design shows the breadth of programming at Wolf Trap and features some of the biggest names that graced the stage this past summer. A typographic approach helped emphasize particular performers who wouldn't normally be associated with the venue to help create even more appeal to booking agents and promoters.
Based on the concert promoter and booking agent audience, I decided to pull a page out of the rich history of concert posters with this Hatch Print inspired ad in the 2012 Year-in-Review.
