Design is the way we solve challenges by bringing something to life. That could be furniture, Web sites, printed material, anything. But the difference between art direction and design is that one solves brand challenges and one does not. This was a successful way of having our team analyze the brands challenges and completely over-haul the user flow and experience to create a better defined pathway for their core demographic. Through those answers we created an interface that is still being crafted, but only by answering a multitude of questions that all stand a small distance away from why. Why make this? Why not have social interactions? Why not add multiple employee's to the system? Why... everything! You'll never be able to answer everything with your startup. But the key is to analyze and challenge your way into a very precise and well estimated decision.
