SYSTEM THINKING :THE PROBLEM & THE SOLUTION

As a part of our SYSTEM THINKING project, we as a group of 6 students have to identify one current problem prevailing in our country and try to find a systematic solution for that-
A conceptual model for the topic: School dropout in the urban poor of INDIA

Problem Brief: Lack of interest in urban poor towards education because of economic constraints and quality of education leading to school dropouts

Our Approach: The initial stage begin with finding the root cause of the problem then how to identify the reasons behind it and finally finding a systematic solution that helps wipe out the problems and bring out the best results.

Solution: As our approach towards the problem is Inspire, Engage & Prepare, we come up with a plan to build a smart self-sustainable school 'PARIBHASHA' which promote creative & interactive learning to poor children. E-learning not only encourage visual based learning but it also encourage a better understanding and connecting the facts to children. we also promote art and handicraft of that particular region which help students create job opportunities for them in the current market. By providing them free training and building a platform for them to sell their products we are creating an interactive environment for them as well as for the society. An ideal platform in a form of school which promote learning and generate employment for children which ultimately leads to a progressive and independent future for them.
