Phonak is an innovative hearing technology company and on average launches multiple new products bi-annually. During my time with them, I developed launch kits for 7 cycles — concepting, designing, executing and project managing all aspects from initiation to completion. All commercial packaging needed to accommodate a range of literature, products, and catch the eye of hearing health care providers. The multi-layered designs included effects such as lenticular, pop-up, and fold-out panels. Launch kits for large retail clients where produced at smaller quantities and needed to be produced cost-efficiently. We partnered with H&M Graphics for structure development, production, and fulfillment.
