Sometimes the simplest challenges can be the most fun.

ProMedica Health Systems asked us to solve a small but sticky wayfinding problem. The receptionist in their Falzone Diabetes center found that almost 99% of patient traffic simply needed to find where to go in the building, and the reception desk was not always manned. I designed a sleek, simple addition to the desk incorporating an illuminated directory which integrated seamlessly into both the millwork and the surrounding interior. Problem solved. The final product was executed flawlessly by 2020 Exhibits.
