Unity Studios is a affiliate of Unity Technologies - the creator of
the Unity 3D engine. Unity Studios make 3D experiences in the
shape of games and interactive applications. We created their
new identity from print to online design and programming.
Unity Studios have a professional approach to business. They provide top quality solutions by structured teamwork. And their new identity should express these qualities.
The images below helped us translate these qualities into something visual. Lines with precision gives us the craftsmanship and quality. Overlapping shapes with gradients could be used to imitate 3D and refer to Unity Studios core skill.
Orange, Dark blue, Cool grey, Brown.
We started the sketching based on the research. After several experiments we stumpled upon the US monogram. Us symbolizes cooperation and unity in the company. The monogram with the details from the look and feel section would hit the spot of what Unity Studios would like to symbolize.
The identity was then executed on several media.
Based on wireframes the online profile was designed and finished.
