Cardboard Great Britain

Our end of year exhibition was coming up, and so was the Olympics and the Queens Jubilee. Our exhibition was based on celebrating Britain. I decided to make a 3 foot Bold Baskerville 'B'. I had 3 days to do it and was able to finish it just in time for the exhibition. I used recylced cardboard from the solar pannel packaging, which ment it was really thick. See the whole process on my blog. The B and the exhibition got on the Creative Review Blog see here, which was a great sucess for Colchester School of Art and the students featured on there.
Once the exhibition had finished, I had left over cardboard and I had the need to make the G for GB. I used the same process as the B and applied it to the G.
The Final GB, Very happy with this, it is still sitting in my parents lounge. The only thing I would of done differently is, I should of taken them to the Olympics and got a photograph with them there, perhaps next time.
