Delivering a dynamic digitalisation summit
AVEVA creates software and 3D digital drawings for some of the world’s biggest infrastructure projects across the shipbuilding, oil and gas and power industries.
The event brief
AVEVA holds a major annual summit attracting C-level leaders across these sectors. We were chosen to come up with the strategy, creative theme and assets for the summit.
The idea
It became clear from our interviews with key stakeholders and industry leaders that digital transformation was the topic being discussed in the board rooms across AVEVA’s verticals.
The strategy
Our strategy was to position AVEVA as ‘Real-world visionaries’ with the capabilities to deliver digitalisation into businesses right now.
The creative theme
For the event theme, we led with ‘Digitalisation: getting it right’.
This idea helped highlight the key focus for the event and communicated how, as ‘Real-world visionaries’, we can make digitalisation practical, tangible and applicable.
Winning partnerships
Working with our event partner agency LiveGroup and our production agency FletcherWilson, we created an innovative and ambitious physical space that had the impact a digitalisation summit deserved. The centre-piece was a huge 3D projection mapping video that sold the vision of AVEVA to this high-level audience.
Event assets
Creating and producing all the assets for the event from the dramatic wall dressings through to the lanyards, no detail was left out.
The result
The event gave AVEVA a dramatic platform to showcase its offering to its C-Level audience and industry peers – and even prompted a visit from Professor Stephen Hawking.
