Rosny-sous-Bois
Some time ago, we had the opportunity to collaborate on Rosny-sous-Bois competition proposal by MFR Architectes for the C3 batch of ZAC Coteaux Beauclair urban project.
The building, located at the corner of Rue de Lisbonne, combines the construction of 123 apartments, a nursery, an exterior playground with a commercial area in the street level while enhancing the relationship between the topography of the site, the surrounding buildings and the requirements of each program.
