The idea for this piece had been in my head for several weeks and was based off the concept that I've traveled to a lot of different places to see shows. Sure, I keep to my home city most times, but I've got a global group of friends that I've met and visited due to music. The concept was to model the record player after old suitcases covered in travel stickers, only in this case, be covered in stickers of bands I enjoy most and have had some sort of impact on me artistically. To me, music is magic and it can take you places you've never been, rather it be physical locations, or mental/emotional ones.
