LOGO DESIGN AND BRAND IDENTITY FOR ALEX NURMI FOOD STYLING
Although this logo reveals its intent easily to every viewer. The creative process to come up with it was of a whole different magnitude.
The stamp like frame portrays a rise in a plate when light reflects back from it. It is also common food styling trick to extrude a bit of sauce around the plate. Middle part of the pie cut shaped text portion plays with shapes that could resemble a well designed dish.
We started doing purposeful Instagram posting since 2017. Photoshop running hot, piling numerous pieces, combining photos and stock photos and morphing them to suit our agenda. Art pieces were then sliced to fill multipanel images, and complete screenfull's were created for instagram profile.
We made the first brochure 2018, using lots of Alex's beautiful dishes from various TV shoots and his articles for Wine Magazine.

Logo established Alex's potential to go and manufacture his own cooking book with Tammi publishing company and littered with stunning photos by Kristiina Männikkö.

Fresh for the 2019, we produced a new brochure that is french fold but opens up to two sides of A3 poster you are viewing above. The backside contains personal introduction, 16 food images, pricing and contact information.
