Blender 3D Lampshade
A very simple render using Blender and the Cycles render engine.
The lamp shade itself was created by extruding and scaling a disc and the bulb bracket was made similarly, with some faces deleted. A thickness modifier was used to add depth to these otherwise flat polygons.

The scene is lit with polygons set as emitters as well as two area lamps. It also uses the Filmic colour space as it provides a greater dynamic range.
