Our cup design for the super fun Octobercup by dripfordrip.
A little explanation about our cup:
Someone is lurking at thee from between the fallen October (tea) leaves while you’re slurping tea…
Now, there’s a bit of a word play here between the english and dutch translations:
Slurping = Lurken in dutch Tea = Thee in dutch
So, “slurping tea” could almost be translated to dutch as “lurking at thee”
Octobercup: 31 illustrators created 31 cups. It’s an online and offline exhibition and each day of October a new design is revealed.
