The images above are from a collaborative game design project that I did with my peers. My partners were Carlos Romero, Gabriel Chez, and Fabian Villa. However, I am the one who illustrated the entire project with celebrity caricatures and portraiture.

Wood, Acrylic Paint, Chicken Wire
This image depicts accounts of me messing around with animals I often saw in my childhood in my mother's countryside-seaside village in Dominican Republic where the area is poverty-stricken and relies on farming for major income. The animals are also chosen specifically to showcase a subverted idea of Dominican culture being sexually charged. The cockerel is an allusion to a phallus, while the goat represents sexual arousal.
Acrylic Paint, Found Objects
The seven portraits depict seven current friends of mine who impacted my time at MICA. I conversed with them each on different occasions throughout a week.

Ink, Watercolor
The "Milk's Gone Bad" is a visual depiction of the aforementioned phrase in stop-motion animation format. It depicts my boyfriend fighting a carton of milk that has gone bad. The animation has approximately 800 frames.

This is a piece for Forum based on the Self. The piece is titled "Big Cockerel Energy" and is an allusion to my so-called "masculine" traits juxtaposed with my mother's strong desire to have a little girl. All the beauty standards my mother tried to push on me didn't fit with my personality or character. Although my mother does not like it, I am essentially what they would call a "tomboy". The cockerel is an allusion to the phallus, a masculine trait. The rooster became a symbol I identify with because of its prevalence in my life and memories, but also because of the masculine connotation it carries.

The above image is a compilation of two comic pages from my comic book dedicated to several of my personality traits. The comic has a 4-koma format where the final slide is the punchline.
2018
Adobe Illustrator, with Linoleum Prints
The above is a personal brand identity project that I would use to promote myself. It features the animals I saw from my childhood such as crabs, cockerels, and cows.
2018
Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
The above is a Final Cookbook project featuring several recipes from Dominican Republic, which is the country I identify with. The book features three recipes, and is an accordion fold.

Adobe Illustrator
This image is a hallucinogenic-like interpretation of me when I literally "fell" in love. It is also a particular reminder of the location where I was enamored: a water fountain near the Founders Green, so it is reminiscent of being swallowed up by a body of water.

Adobe Illustrator
This is a self-directed illustration project.
